1. Mirai Kuriyama - Kyoukai No Kanata

she is so cute her outfit, glasses and hairs everything about her is cute. Mirai Kuriyama is the protagonist of the Kyoukai no Kanata series. She is a first year student and a member of the school's Literary Club. She comes from a bloodline of Spirit World Warriors who possess blood-manipulation abilities.

2. Tsumugi Kotobuki - K-On!

mugi is so cute every outfit looks perfect on her she is innocent, strong and caring most importantly she brings cakes! without her K-On's tea times wouldn't be sweet. girl with a gentle and sweet personality who plays a Korg Triton Extreme 76-key keyboard, though she is also seen playing a Korg RK-100 keytar in the closing credits of the first season. She originally intended to join the choir club, but joins the light music club instead after receiving an invitation and encouragement from both Mio and Ritsu.Tsumugi is considered a piano prodigy since she has been playing the piano since she was four and has experience in winning various piano contests.

3. Rinko Yamato - Ore Monogatari

Yamato is a beautiful, petite, and charming young girl. She seems somewhat short for her age, as evidenced by the fact that her sleeves reach to her fingertips. She has long fluffy strawberry blond hair and big brown eyes. She is usually seen in her uniform, which consists of a long sleeved white sweater with a blue collar and a short purple plaid skirt. She wears brown shoes and blue socks that reach to her knees. She wears long dresses and makeup when going out.

4. Umaru Doma - Himouto! Umaru Chan

In her 'Outdoor' mode, she often gets attention by all who pass her by due to her beautiful body and her small, cute face, She usually wears fashionable, frilly clothes that most girls her age can be seen wearing. At school, she is pictured in her uniform which consists of a white button up shirt, a red pleated skirt, thigh highs, school shoes, and a red ribbon around her neck. In the colder months, Umaru can also been seen wearing a dark red blazer with this uniform.

Her true form - her 'Indoor' mode - is the form of a toddler (and her voice and behavior are also like a toddler's), and is drawn in a chibi-like manner. This form is a representation of her childish, lazy, and messy, personality. She wears an orange hamster hoodie, a white long sleeve t-shirt, and berry-pink knee-length leggings while at home. This chibi form is sometimes referred to as her "hamster form".

5. Meiko "menma" Honma - Anohana The Flower We Saw That Day

As a child, Meiko appears as a small 5-year old girl with long, straight, silver hair that reaches past her shoulders with her bangs cut fringed on top of her forehead. Her eyes are light blue and wide, making her look like a cheerful, innocent child.

Her child and her "grown up" appearances are almost identical. She wears a tiered white dress, fastened with a blue bow. Her dress is often described in the anime as "a white one piece with a blue ribbon". Since she's a spirit, she always goes barefoot unlike her past self, who always wore simple sandals on her feet. In her older version, her hair is about waist-length. Her skin is the palest among the other characters. Unlike her childhood friends, she still has not grown fully yet and has quite the same personality like when she was five. She is very skinny and very short.

6. Kanna Kamui - Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid

Kanna has white-lavender hair and blue eyes. According to Riko Saikawa, she is very cute and appealing. Her style of clothing has been described as "gothic lolita with a tribal theme" (courtesy of Kobayashi). Her usual attire consists of a white capelet with a fur collar, a pink blouse, a white frilly skirt and pink doll shoes. She ties her hair into pigtails, each adorned with three dark blue beads.

In her dragon form, she appears as a feathered white dragon with blue eyes.

Like Tohru, she wears her horns and tail out whenever she's indoors.

7. Rem - Re:Zero

Rem has medium length sky blue hair that covers her right eye, large light blue eyes, and young features. She also has hair clips towards left side of her hair, flower-shaped ribbon on the same side of her hair, and a maid hairband. She looks nearly identical to her sister apart from her hair, eyes, and ribbon coloring. She usually wears a maid uniform, and since her chest is slightly larger than her sister's, she secretly changes the measurements to hide it.

During the Rem IF, she became taller and has long blue hair. She commonly wears a black and white kimono with a gold ribbon.

8. Misaki Ayuzawa - Maid Sama!

Misaki is young girl with an average height and figure. She has light, brownish amber eyes with a golden tint and black shoulder length hair. She usually puts it in a ponytail while exercising. Physically she is actually considered quite beautiful underneath her tough exterior. She is usually seen wearing her school uniform, or the Maid Latte uniform with two silver bobby pins on the left side of her face that pulls her side bangs away from her eyes. She rarely wears makeup, and when she isn't wearing her school uniform or maid uniform, she wears casual and comfortable clothes like jeans and T-shirts. She's often seen wearing a white, long sleeved hoodie and dark blue jeans, especially after working at Maid Latte.  

Until she started high school, Misaki had short chin-length hair.  

10 years later, she marries Takumi and is a diplomat/lawyer. Her hair is cut into a stylish bob and she starts to wear a bit of makeup. She is still seen to frown quite often.

9. Nanami Haruka - Uta No Prince Sama

She has short, reddish-orange hair and golden green eyes in the game, manga, and anime. She is also of an average height but is still shorter than almost all other characters in the series.She is a shy, honest girl, shown to be rather restless and possesses an optimistic personality. Whenever she is unlucky or having a bad day, she remains confident. 

She tends to be a little clumsy and naive, as well as oblivious to the advances of her admirers. However, her determination to succeed and willingness to help others draws people to her and her ability to create wonderful music has softened more than one bitter heart.

10. Tsukasa Hiiragi - Lucky Star

Tsukasa has an average build, albeit lacking any curves. Like Konata, she is flat-chested and quite small compared to her friends.

She has short, light purple hair accessorized with a yellow headband that has a bow on top; the hair bow often changes position in correspondence to her mood. Her droopy eyes are blue-violet, which seem helpless, nervous and emotional. She obviously has much neater hair than her sister, Kagami.

Tsukasa Hiiragi is generally a sweet, naive, innocent and dimwitted person who never gets mad, similar to Miyuki. Her calm, girly, and friendly personality heavily contrasts with that of her sister, Kagami, who is a Tsundere and takes on a much more harsh, tomboyish, and arrogant attitude.

Tsukasa is often overshadowed and compared with her older twin sister, Kagami, because she does not seem to excel at anything, including studying and sports. Because her twin sister is much more capable than her, Tsukasa always needs help from her sister with tasks such as texting, much to the latter's rage.
