10. Nice - Hamatora

His Power is seeing sound and he can use it to travel within sound around 340,29 m/s or 1234.8 km/h. Being a Minimum Holder, Nice possesses supernatural abilities of turning himself into sound waves to travel himself into other wavelengths. The requirement for the ability is noted that he must put on the green/yellow headphones which he carries at all times and snapping his finger every time he goes into sonic mode. Nice is ranked first of all the Minimum Holders to graduate. He also has Skill's Ego Minimum due to Nice having Skill's heart. Nice is the only known Minimum Holder who possesses two abilities as normally Minimum Holders cannot possess more than one ability as their body cannot withstand it

 Meruem could move so swiftly mere moments after his birth that he could decapitate two Squadron Leaders without them or Colt managing to see him move. The Royal Guards seemed equally unable to react. In the brief instant that Netero and Zeno were distracted by Neferpitou's aura, Meruem managed to leisurely walk between the two of them undetected. By his own admission, the only time Netero's speed exceeded his own was during the latter's hand movements when activating 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva. In the last part of their duel, with both fighters' senses at their absolute sharpest, they exchanged well over a thousand of blows in under a minute at the very least, this means that Meruem recovered his balance after being pushed back by Netero and launched a new offensive more than 16 times per second. However, Netero's hand motions were so fast that Meruem failed to see his first attack, and it was only thanks to the psychological phenomenon known as Spirit Echoes that he managed to barely keep up with them, until he finally managed to dodge a flawed counter. After absorbing Menthuthuyoupi and Shaiapouf, he became so fast that he reached and knocked out Meleoron and Knuckle immediately after his En registered them, giving them the impression he had teleported, and knocked them out without either of them being capable of reacting. He also gained the ability to fly, which increased his already supersonic movement speed to the point that Shaiapouf believed it to have quadrupled.

According to the speed-o-meter, the pod’s speed was Mach 2.85, so Sonic was as fast as Mach 2.85 and that wasn’t even his full potential.Sonic's greatest strength is his super speed, an innate talent that members of the hedgehog species possess.Sonic, however, has proven himself in a class of its own with his speed, having been credited as "the fastest thing alive" and even the fastest being in the universe.^[33] He has the ability to instantly accelerate to the speed of sound and run at speeds far greater than Mach 1, which is at the blistering speed of about 768 mph, and can run backwards just as well as he can forwards. Due to such speed, he can scale vertical surfaces and ceilings, run over water, outspeed lasers, and even cause the ground to explode in his wake. Even then, Sonic can take his speed even further. By revving up in one place, he can take off at turbo speeds in an instant. He can also envelope himself in a blue energy field that lets him accelerate beyond the sound barrier on both the ground and in midair for a short time, allowing him to not only smash straight through enemies and obstacles like a living projectile, but also fly immense distances through midair. Using certain techniques, he can even achieve light-speed momentarily.

7. Hiei - Yu Yu Hakusho

Hiei was able to slice his opponent 16 times in the blink of an eye or create afterimages of himself and his opponents can’t even follow his speed. In his battle against Makintaro, he didn’t even move from his position and he actually cut and grabbed his opponents hand, without the opponent noticing it. And yeah that wasn’t even his full speed. Hiei is one of the fastest characters in the Yu Yu Hakusho universe, being able to slice an opponent sixteen times in a blink of an eye. This has caused some to mistakenly believe he can teleport, when in fact he is just moving very fast. This incredible speed gives him an edge in battle against slower or close-range fighters.

A side effect of his extreme speed, Hiei can produce afterimages of himself in order to confuse opponents who are unable to follow his movements. He uses this technique in his first fight against Yusuke in the manga, and although the afterimages are not explicitly seen in the anime adaptation, it is more than likely he employed the technique against Yusuke. He also utilizes afterimages in his fight against Sensui and in his brief encounter with Sniper. While he does have control over afterimages, Hiei usually moves so quickly that he afterimages inadvertently. In nearly every fight he's been in, he has used an afterimage to fool his oppents into thinking they have killed him in one blow, only to appear unharmed somewhere else.

The only known objects to surpass this are space shuttles which is used for space launch which reaches the speed of Mach 23 and other Advanced-Antimatter Organisms.  Korosensei's amazing speed allows him to seemingly copy himself dozens of times using after-imagery. Not only can each individual after-image maintain a task for extended periods of time, but Korosensei's "speed copies" are all capable of taking on widely-different tasks both individually and simultaneously without confusing themselves. This technique was primarily used by Korosensei to teach all of Class 3-E one-on-one when a difficult test approached, allowing Korosensei to work with each student separately to work on their problem subjects.

He’s pretty damn fast. Even before learning Shunpo, Ichigo is a very fast and agile fighter. Ichigo possesses great reflexes, dodging a strike with no wasted effort and immediately counterattacking. He can strike quickly, without warning, and in rapid succession. His speed allows him to follow the movements of faster opponents to better analyze their movements, and block otherwise fatal strikes. Even when struck by surprise by Tenjirō Kirinji, who is fast enough to outpace Suì-Fēng, Ichigo counterattacked and injured said attacker without anybody else noticing. Ichigo managed to dodge a surprise point-blank shot to the head and attempt to perform a counter against Robert Accutrone, who was fast enough to match and pressure a fast Captain such as Shunsui in terms of speed.

That’d be Mach 242.78.The greatest aspect of Kizaru's physical abilities is his immense speed and extraordinary reflexes, which is further enhanced by the light based powers of the Pika Pika no Mi. This makes him immensely dangerous in speed combat. As shown in Marineford, he easily intercepted and overwhelmed Luffy's Gear Second enhanced speed, which could easily keep up with two Rokushiki masters, Blueno and Lucci, who are extremely skilled in Soru. In Film: Z, Kizaru easily matched his former mentor Zephyr in terms of speed and could swiftly counter and evade Zephyr's attacks while preventing himself from being restrained by his Sea Stone coated Smash Buster. He is capable of moving and attacking at the speed of light, and all of his attacks are based on the element of light, such as firing energy blasts from his fingertips or feet with extreme accuracy and precision. His power is very destructive, causing huge explosions and can easily destroy buildings. He also has the ability to reflect himself, essentially moving from one location to the next at the speed of light. Due to this fruit's power, Kizaru is possibly the fastest man in the world of one piece.

In his fight with Boros, he jumped from Moon to Earth witin 1-2 seconds. Moon’s distance from Earth 384,400 KM, so we assume he moved at the speed of 250000 Km/h. That he moved at the speed of Mach 202.46, and yeah that wasn’t even Saitama’s full potetial. Saitama was able to complete a 1500 meter dash in an instant during his hero tryouts. He has proven able to effortlessly keep up with Speed-o'-Sound Sonic, who is able to move at above hyper-sonic speeds. Even Genos' computerized targeting systems have difficulty tracking him. Saitama has also shown the ability to run down a building to save a piece of salmon he was having for lunch, and leap back up said building without bystanders noticing he had even done so. His speed is so impressive that he can outpace the likes of Flashy Flash, easily dodging his sword swings. When kicked to the Moon by Boros' attack, Saitama returned in mere moments, which implies that Saitama can even travel at sub-relativistic speeds; although, as stated by a dying Boros, Saitama wasn't even trying to use his full potential, implying that this was not Saitama's true speed. Ironically, despite his incredible reflexes and speed, he still has problems squashing a simple mosquito.

Kaguya Ōtsutsuki is a tall and slender woman with sharp features and aristocratic support, whose white skin, silvery hair, and two spots over her white, pupiless eyes, show her non-human origin. She wears red lipstick and has very long flowing hair, over twice as long as she is tall (thrice in the anime) and wide enough to cover her surroundings. Upon eating the chakra fruit, she grew two brown horns resembling a rabbit's ears, hence her title, long, pointed black nails, and a third, red eye on her forehead, with concentric circles and nine tomoes around the pupil.

She can change dimensions and go to different dimensions within seconds. And it’s okay to say that she’s definitely faster than everyone else in Naruto.Relativistic She moved too fast for Sasuke to react and casually overwhelmed hundreds of Sage Mode Naruto's clones from all directions.

So he’s the fastest being in the unvierse and he can go anywhere he want.Whis is a tall, thin humanoid with pale blue skin, white hair, violet eyes and rather effeminate features. He owns a long scepterwith a gem that floats above it, and is usually seen holding it in his right hand. Around his neck is a large light blue ring. Whis' attire consists of a maroon robe, a black cuirass with the same white and orange diamond decorations as Beerus, and a blue sash. He also wears black high-heeled shoes with white spats.The ability to fly with the use of ki. Whis is the fastest known user of Ki flight in Universe 7. Whis moves so quickly that he leaves an image of himself behind. He used this technique to avoid Goku and Vegeta's attacks while sparring with them. Wish is simply the fastest know being in the anime Universe.
